We are now looking for a new SALES MANAGER to join our team to drive sales of modernization services to industrial SVCs. This role can be located in our office in Ylöjärvi or Helsinki, Finland, or remotely in Europe supported by your manager from Finland.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively promoting our innovative modernization service for SVCs to industrial customers. You will take a lead in technical tender process and build new sales channels in co-operation with our regional sales partners.
This role offers a wide range of influence and requires the ability to combine technical expertise and commercial vision.
Your responsibilities include
- Proactive sales of our SVC modernization concept in the selected regions
- Searching for and managing channels and key customers – also for other power quality solutions
- Collecting information from relevant markets and market players
- Producing sales materials and forecasts
What is required in this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (from relevant technical or commercial field)
- Ability to proactively drive project sales from lead prospecting to contract negotiations
- Independent work style and time management skills
- Excellent English language skills; other languages are an advantage
- Frequent international travel is required in this role
What will help you succeed in this role
- Understanding of international supply contracts and project management
- Experience from working with SVCs or industrial power grids
- Existing personal networks in heavy industry, e.g. metals
- Experience in selling power quality solutions
